We deliver products to most European countries including: Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Spain, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Austria, Sweden, and Croatia.

All prices include VAT and customs fees.

The free shipping policy varies based on current offers.

The expected delivery time within Germany is between 2 to 7 working days.

The expected delivery time to other European countries is between 2 to 10 working days.

Return and Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, with the cancellation period ending after 14 days have passed.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the purchase with a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund all payments received from you.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped and you have received it, we will refund all payments received from you except for shipping costs. To complete this, you must return the order to us and pay for the shipping costs.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used, unless you have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item.

You are responsible for any damage or loss of the order; we may deduct part of the refund in case of any loss or damage to the returned item.

We will process the refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned item.

You must return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your cancellation of the purchase.

The cancellation of the order is successful if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires.
